Property 1223 Hawkswood House, with its own private golf practice area, putting green and driving range is an exclusive 5-star property just a few miles from St. Andrews golf course. It is beautifully appointed and sumptuously equipped to appeal to the most discerning of guests. Each of its 5 bedrooms has a luxurious en-suite bathroom and there are two glorious reception rooms with log burners while the sitting room and conservatory each have large flat-screen TV's and full Sky TV programming packages. Hawkswood House is part of the Hawkswood Country Estate which also includes The Roundel, a five-bedroom self-catering house and the 4-bedroom Bowhill Bed and Breakfast. Combined, the three properties can accommodate 28 people.

The Roundel House is part of the Hawkswood Country Estate which also includes The Hawkswood House, and the Bowhill Bed and Breakfast. Combined, the three properties can accommodate 28 people in luxurious comfort. It is only a few miles from the historic and world-famous St. Andrews golf course.
Property 1252 Caiplie House has 7 en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, additional sitting room, and a dining room able to seat your whole party. Bedrooms offer flexible accommodation including doubles, twins and one ‘family’ suite. The house has 3 levels and the top floor has lovely sea views.
It is ideal for family gatherings, reunions, significant birthday celebrations, corporate groups, girls’ weekends, walking groups and golfing parties.
There is something for everyone in Crail, with it’s pretty harbour, galleries, tea rooms, golf courses, beaches and Fife Coastal path.
Caiplie House is 15 minutes from St Andrews, and 75 minutes from Edinburgh airport.

The cottage is within easy reach of many great attractions that Argyll offers from beaches, lochs, history and walking. This is the perfect location for your holiday. The cottage contains modern, comfortable furniture and comes well equipped for you to enjoy your break. The property layout works excellently for both families and couples and can sleep up to 6 people. Tigh Ban Lek is a traditionally built stone and wood cottage and is an area of dramatic natural scenic beauty. It is situated in the Traighuaine area, pronounced Tri-oo-ni and meaning Green Shore in Gaelic. The detached house enjoys a prominent hillside location from where there are spectacular views south and west to Craobh Haven, Shuna, Luing, Scarba and Jura. On a clear day Islay can also be seen. It is a cottage with a difference, in a peaceful area surrounded by spectacular scenery. The house was built in the late 90's and has been carefully incorporated into the hillside. It is oriented to maximise the spectacular island views and seascapes which extend over 30 miles. It is a light and bright property with many full-length windows allowing you to take full advantage of the views from both floors. On the ground floor there is a small entrance porch with space for outdoor clothing leading into the hallway. This provides access to both of the bedrooms within the property which have patio doors allowing direct access to the gardens. There is an additional W.C. which has a washer/dryer for guests to use (no washing powder is provided). The area underneath the stairs provides a storage point for the travel cot and highchair.
