La Grange is a fabulous farmhouse located at the top of a hill with panoramic views across the Cerou Valley. Located between Monesties and Cordes-sur-Ciel, and adjacent to a farm, it has 3-bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a games room, kitchen diner, living room and pool. It sleeps 8-10 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends.
The property has a stunning farmhouse style kitchen diner, with a seating/TV area below. UK Free Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen leads onto a vine covered terrace with panoramic views across the valley. There are two other terraces one by the pool and one in the lower garden with comfy couches too. The seating area in the kitchen also leads onto a large living room with ample seating for 6 to 8 people. There is a ground floor shower room & WC off of the kitchen. Steps from the kitchen take you up to a hallway leading to a games room, with full size pool table, darts board and piano. The hallway then leads through to the side patio area where you will find a really private 10m x 4m swimming pool. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, and a king size bed perfectly positioned to take in the view of the sunrises over the rear garden. Bedroom 2 is also a large room with a king size bed and views across the pool area. There is also a family bathroom on this floor with a separate bath, shower cubicle and toilet. On the second floor there is an attic room with an en-suite shower room. This room has a small double bed and 2 single beds.
