Queen bed in the master bedroom and twin bunk beds in the guest rooms. On the outside there is a gas grill and picnic table for fun outside meals and a hot outside shower. Sunset views of the Hampton River, and parking for two cars in a private driveway. The use of two adult bicycles, cooler & chairs included. Linens and towels are also included. Your pet is welcome for an additional $100 fee. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults/6 total including children.
