Maison sans Tourelle is a holiday gite in the southwest of France which can sleep 8 people and can be combined with our other adjoining gite, Maison de Tourelle, to accommodate an additional 8 people for a total of 16 persons. Maison sans Tourelle (translation: House without Tower) is full of French charm and character and benefits from stunning views across the large garden and out onto the Cerou valley. Maison sans Tourelle is a two-story building with a comfortable lounge, separate dining room, very well-equipped kitchen and a large family bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms; a master bathroom, a further large double room, a smaller twin room and another large family bathroom. The house is kid and pet friendly and free Wi-Fi is included. There is also an outdoor dining area and a BBQ.
Outdoors are gardens and grounds of nearly an acre in size with many mature fruit trees and bushes and a large lawn area where many sports can be played such as badminton, boules, croquet and table tennis. In addition, in a secluded part of the garden, is an 11.6-meter pool with a depth of 1.8 meters. The pool is shared between the two gites and has many loungers at poolside for relaxation and soaking in the sun.
The adjoining property, Maison de Tourelle (House with Tower) is also available and it accommodates an additional 8 persons with 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has its own listing on this website. Both properties can be rented together for larger groups up to 16 persons.
All prices shown are in Euros (€). Arrival is at 4PM and departures at 10AM.
Included: full use of the house and facilities as described, garden & pool maintenance, gas & electricity during the main seasons.
There is a refundable €250 breakage / damage deposit.
Excluded: Travel, insurance, breakage, and Tax de Sejour which is now compulsory for all holiday rentals. It is charged at €.82 per night per person and only applies to those over 18 and is paid locally to us on arrival.
End of stay cleaning is charged at €90 for the entire house.
