The Thatched Barn comfortably sleeps six in three en-suite bedrooms and features a stunning large open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with a wood-burning stove (logs provided) and far reaching views of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is underfloor heating and double-glazing throughout making it warm in winter and cool in summer. It has a private garden with hardwood garden furniture, and in the summer months a Weber gas barbecue, (gas provided). The oak and granite farmhouse-style kitchen area is extremely well equipped, with a range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Dualit Toaster, microwave, and washing machine. The sitting area and kitchen have slate floors and have large squashy sofas to relax into. This cottage has Wi-Fi which is fine for e-mailing and searching the web. This is a dog friendly cottage with a maximum of two dogs unless agreed otherwise.
