Option 2: The unit can easily be separated by locking the door in between the two parts. This would create a self contained one bedroom condo as well as a complete studio apartment. The two units could be rented separately as follows:
* One bedroom furnished condo with a full kitchen for up to four people, $1650 for 7 nights
* Furnished Studio apartment with a kitchenette for up to four people, $1350 for 7 nights
