We designed this website with a focus on ease of use for both the vacationer and the property owner and we designed it so it would be as informative as possible. This makes it easier for a vacationer to choose a property and for an owner to rent that property. We are not a "family" of websites where the vacationer has to search other sites to find that special property. We are not a "family" of sites where the owner has to pay extra to be on the other affiliated sites. All of our listings are on one site, this one. We have made it easier for both the vacationer and property owner to achieve their goal.
Here is how we did it:
1.) When you list with us you can post up to 15 photos of your property and its local area to provide potential renters with an accurate portrayal of what your rental has to offer. We feel that 3 photos or 6 photos are not enough for a vacationer to make a selection or for an owner to fully portray what the property has to offer. We think it is unfair to offer you only 3 or 6 photos and then charge extra to portray more photos. That is why we offer 15 photos as it makes it easier for everyone. We also believe the photos are easier to view on this site.
2.) We also offer video capability. The owner can provide, if he or she wishes, a video tour of their property. Produced by themselves or they can have this done for them by their local service. Again, there is no additional charge. Please note that www.avacationrental4me.com does not provide this video service but we will provide a link to it. Again, this makes it easier to select a vacation rental property or to rent it.
3.) Map location. Would it be nice to know exactly where the property is? Would that make the property easier to select or to rent? The property owner, at their option, can post a map location of their property at no additional charge.
4.)We offer a very complete and thorough 'Property Attributes' section so the vacationer knows what is included and the owner can accurately describe what they have to offer. And if you feel we missed something let us know at customerservice@avacationrental4me.com and we'll try to correct it.
